Our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes the product purchased may not be exactly what you expected, or there may be an issue during transportation.
That’s why we have created a return and exchange policy that allows you to shop with maximum peace of mind.
If you need to return or exchange a product (Mainland Portugal), the process is very simple. Just contact our customer service team and inform them of the reason for the return or exchange. In accordance with applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you have the legally recognized right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without providing any reason.
We will provide you with all the necessary information so that you can return or exchange the product easily and quickly. Moreover, there will be no additional cost to you, as Unifardas will cover the costs of a return/exchange. If it is necessary to return/exchange the same item more than once, additional shipping costs will apply whenever the customer is found to be responsible.
It is important to note that for the return or exchange to be possible, the product must be in perfect condition and within the designated return period.
