Welcome Manual

The purpose of this content is to provide an image of UNIFARDAS® that is as accurate as possible and to offer all the information that can help align the motivation, commitment, and goals of all our employees.

Here you will find information related to the structure, organization, and operation of UNIFARDAS®.

The creation of this Manual is based on the recognition that people are the essential element in organizations, who we want to be identified with and involved in the spirit and mission of the organization.

Welcome Day

Once the decision to collaborate has been made by both parties and the start of your activity has been defined, the "Welcome Day" will coincide with the first day of activity, and the following procedures will be taken:

The initial contact will generally be made by someone from Human Resources.

On this first day of work, the following points will be addressed:

  • Introduction to the facilities;
  • Presentation of the Unifardas team and their respective departments and functions;
  • Future goals;
  • Collection of employee data;
  • Issuance of a personal and non-transferable Unifardas card for attendance tracking;
  • Introduction to your workstation and tools;
  • Clarification of any questions.

Description of Roles and Responsibilities

The company has a Functions Manual that outlines the main responsibilities of each role, as well as the qualifications and skills/competencies required for the proper performance of these functions, in line with the state of the art and regulatory and normative requirements.

Quality Policy

UNIFARDAS® considers quality, embodied in customer satisfaction and adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices, as a fundamental value.

UNIFARDAS® pursues a Quality Policy focused on commitments to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as customer needs and expectations, guiding the company towards the continuous improvement of its Products and Services.

This Quality Policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers, and partners and is published on the UNIFARDAS® website to foster the development of a culture and awareness of Quality.

UNIFARDAS® considers the following as fundamental pillars:

  • Satisfying customer requirements through the quality and level of service provided;
  • Continuously investing in the added value of its products and services;
  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensuring an effective monitoring system throughout the entire product/service realization cycle;
  • Continuously improving the Quality Management System through the commitment and involvement of the various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, employees, regulatory bodies, and others.

Deontology and Professional Ethics

Professional ethics at UNIFARDAS® involves maintaining moral behavior in the development of its activities. Employees must act in a socially responsible manner, adhering to a conduct that serves as a guideline in decision-making and allows them to orient themselves in their way of being, thinking, and acting.

Some principles of professional ethics:

  • Behave in the same way you expect others to behave towards you;
  • Act in a way that your consistent behavior benefits, first and foremost, UNIFARDAS and/or the greatest number of people;
  • Engage in actions that can be seen and evaluated as appropriate and suitable to the circumstances.

Some duties of employees:

  • Duty of diligence;
  • Duty of obedience;
  • Duty of loyalty;
  • Duty of attendance and punctuality;
  • Ensure the proper care and use of work-related assets entrusted to them by the organization;
  • Promote or carry out actions that lead to the improvement of the company’s productivity.
