These conditions may change without prior notice. The conditions in force at the time of contract conclusion will apply.

2. Your Data and Your Visits to This Website

The information or data provided by Customers will be treated in accordance with Unifardas' Privacy Policy. By using this online store, the Customer consents to the processing of such information and data and declares that all information or data provided are true and correspond to reality.

3. Use of Our Website

When placing orders through our Website, the Customer agrees to:

  1. Use this page only for lawful inquiries or orders - if it is considered that the order is not for legal purposes, Unifardas is authorized to cancel it and notify the competent authorities.

  2. Provide the necessary data for processing the order truthfully and accurately, authorizing its processing.

  3. Declare and prove, if necessary, to be of legal age and/or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Service Availability

The articles presented on this website are available for delivery on business days in mainland Portugal, the Azores, and Madeira.

5. Contract Conclusion

To place an order, the Customer must follow the purchase procedure established on this website, starting with the acceptance of these General Terms of Sale and finalizing it with a click on "Make Payment."

This procedure constitutes a purchase and sale contract with Unifardas (the "Contract").

Subsequently, the Customer will receive an email, to the email address identified during the purchase process, acknowledging receipt of their order and another confirming its dispatch.

6. Product Availability

All product orders are subject to their availability.

In case of difficulty in timely supply, the Customer will be informed of the unavailability within 5 (five) days of knowledge, and a refund of the amounts already paid for unavailable products will be made within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days.

7. Information on Products and Prices

The prices charged by Unifardas include the applicable tax by law (VAT). Any change in the VAT rate should be immediately reflected in the prices charged. For orders over €100, the customer will not have to pay shipping costs. For orders below that value, the customer will pay €5 for shipping. These values are valid for shipments to mainland Portugal. For shipments to the Azores and Madeira, shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of the order, automatically calculated at the time of order placement.

7.1 Prices presented in the online store are subject to change. Prices can be changed at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

Once you have made your purchases, all the items you wish to buy have been added to your cart, and the next steps will be to complete the order and payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or verifying the requested information at each step.

7.2 Payment Methods

The customer can make the payment through Bank Transfer, PayPal, MBWay, or Multibanco reference.

8. Delivery

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous Clause 6 concerning product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, Unifardas will attempt to send the confirmed order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order.

However, delays or impossibilities may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond Unifardas' control and contracted transport services (Force Majeure Events).

In both cases, the Customer will be informed of the circumstances in question and will be given the option to continue the purchase, setting a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount already paid.

Ordered products can also be picked up at Unifardas' headquarters during the online purchase process. In this case, an email will be sent to the customer when the order is ready for pickup.

9. Delivery Impossibility

If it is impossible to deliver the order to the address provided by the Customer, a call will be made first to the contact provided by the customer, and subsequently, a note will be left indicating where the order is located and what to do to have it delivered again. If the Customer is not at the delivery location on the agreed date, they will be asked to contact Unifardas to reschedule the delivery.

If it is impossible to deliver on the second attempt, the Customer will be charged additional transportation costs for each delivery attempt.

10. Right to Cancel the Contract

Under applicable regulations, if contracting as a consumer, the customer has the legally enshrined right to cancel the contract, up to 14 days after its conclusion, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the purchase of the goods. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the customer has already used the shipped items.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
