Conditions update - January 2024
With the Hisi+ Customer Card, every purchase of €70 you make in the Unifardas online store will give you the opportunity to earn 1 stamp for your card. After 6 stamps, you will have available to you a piece from Hisi (Unifardas online store), of your choice, completely free of charge. This offer is valid for up to one year after the first purchase. Unifardas will contact you, via email, to let you know that you have completed your Hisi+ card and ask which free item you would like to receive.
Accumulate Stamps: For every purchase equal to R$70, you will receive a stamp on your card. Stamps can be earned on all eligible purchases.
Get a Free Piece: After accumulating 6 stamps on your Hisi+ card, you will be entitled to win a free piece. This is a unique opportunity to get an additional item to your Workwear.
Important Note: As a gift, you can choose any item that is present in the online store, except for products that we do not have in stock or new collections.
Shipping costs: In order for us to send the piece, you will have to pay the shipping costs (5 €). This issue does not arise if the customer, at that moment, needs to purchase more products (in the Unifardas online store) totaling €70 in purchases – in this case they will be exempt from shipping. There will also be no shipping if the customer picks up their free part at our facilities.
Card Validity: The Hisi+ Customer Card is valid for 1 year from the date of your first purchase. During this period, you will be able to accumulate stamps and enjoy exclusive benefits.
Update Record: Whenever you make a purchase that meets the rules mentioned above, a stamp will be placed in the designated space on your card. Additionally, you will receive an email update on your loyalty program progress.

Maria is a cook and restaurant owner. In March 2023, she needed to renew the kitchen staff's work clothes and, therefore, purchased 3 long-sleeved coats from the Unifardas online store. On this first purchase he paid €73.5 (he did not pay shipping, as he purchased more than €70 in purchases).

In June, there was a need to renew the uniforms of the room staff and, to this end, Maria purchased long-sleeved white shirts and short denim aprons. In this second purchase, Maria paid €140 (she did not pay shipping, as she purchased more than €70 in purchases).

In July, two new people joined the kitchen (to provide support during the summer rush) and Maria needed to buy more long-sleeved coats. In this third purchase, Maria paid €69 + €5 shipping, as her purchase did not reach €70. In total, Maria paid R$74.
- This purchase does not accumulate any stamp, as the product purchase was €69, not reaching the minimum of €70 (shipping costs are not included in the product purchase value)
The summer at the restaurant was very intense, with a large number of tourists. Towards the end of the year, Maria felt the need to renew the work clothes of some of her employees again to be prepared for the big New Year's Eve event they are organizing. Therefore, she purchased, from the Unifardas online store, 3 long-sleeved black coats, 4 white shirts and 4 short denim aprons. On this, her fourth purchase, Maria spent €210 (she did not pay shipping, as she purchased more than €70 in purchases).

With this purchase, Maria completed her Hisi+ customer card with 6 stamps. On that occasion, he received a communication from Unifardas, where they asked him which piece he would like to receive for free. They also explained that Maria has one year, from the date of her first stamp, to receive this offer (in her case, it will be until March 2024). Maria chose to receive a long-sleeved black coat because, in her experience, items used in the kitchen always suffer more wear and tear and so she would have a spare. At that moment, Maria did not need to purchase any more work clothes and therefore chose to pay €5 shipping to receive her free piece.

Unifardas reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program, including benefits, at any time, without prior notice. We will do our best to inform customers of any significant changes in advance.
The stamps accumulated on the Hisi + Loyalty Card are not transferable to third parties and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are exclusively for use within the Unifardas loyalty program.
In the case of returns or cancellations of qualifying purchases that generated stamps, the corresponding stamps will be deducted from the customer's balance.
The free part you will get after completing the Hisi+ customer card will be determined by you. Exchange of the free part for money or other products is not permitted. Free item size changes are also not permitted.
Unifardas reserves the right to terminate or suspend a customer's Hisi+ Customer Card in the event of breach of terms and conditions, fraudulent behavior or any other misuse of the loyalty program.
By participating in the Hisi+ Customer Card, the customer agrees to receive communications related to the program, such as updates, exclusive offers and news from Unifardas. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may opt out at any time.
