Customization

In order to enhance the image of your company in terms of workwear, UNIFARDAS® puts at your disposal a set of embroidery and print options of the highest quality.

If you choose to customize your pieces with your own image you should send us a vector file. File formats such as ai, eps, pdf and coreldraw are generally accepted.

If you choose the embroidered logo, a larger number of file formats will be accepted. In addition to formats such as ai, eps, pdf and coreldraw; image files such as jpg, tif and bmp can be accepted, as long as they are high resolution files. Usually, images from the internet cannot be used.

After receiving the files, our creative and design department will begin the creation process, culminating in the production of a model. This will serve as a reference for the customer. This process usually implies some information exchange and will only be validated after written agreement by the client. After the agreement between the parties, the order is validated and if necessary, we will send a sample of the final product.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a way of creating, by hand or machine, drawings
and decorative elements on fabric, using, for this purpose,
various types of tools such as needles, cotton threads,
silk, wool, linen, or metal, so that the threads used
form the required design.

Embroidery is one of the more elegant and durable workwear
customization options. This is one of the most commonly used techniques by the company and that offers a higher degree of quality and reliability,
especially in work uniforms.

Printing

UNIFARDAS® uses these two types of printing most often: silkscreen and transfer.

Silkscreen is one of the better known and most widely used methods in the sector. With this technique, image transfer is done through photolytes, where the image is then recorded on a screen made of a fabric, acting as a stamp.

Transfer is one of the other techniques used by the company. This is a process that allows you to reproduce an image as it is in reality, being the most suitable method for the reproduction of very detailed images.

All customization processes are different to each other, with all of them presenting pros and cons. The most important thing about customization is that it must be done with quality products and by professionals
